Chat and Instant Messaging application "WhatsApp" before a sudden technical failure caused by the inability of users to access it or inability to send and receive messages.
Social media outlets such as Twitter have been buzzing with Twitter about the damage to WattsApp's users around the world, but technical damage has been more pronounced in North Europe and America.
